It is a vital matter in improving our relations with neighbors. This peace treaty would allow Argentinians to import our wood and iron and would allow us to import manufacture goods which Peru lacks.
That is why I think that we should propose the peace treaty without any conditions concerning payment from Argentina (they did attack Peru twice). As long as there won't be a direct border there should be no problem concerning the fact that in Greece-Turkey war we are on the opposite sides. This move would be a benefit for both Argentina and Peru economy, so there are no arguments contra. We cannot forget that the deal which was then signed between ePeru and ePoland was only because previous administration triggered the invasion - therefore we cannot be blamed that we have seek a help from invaders.
Also the protectorate deal will be valid as long we will be endangered by foreign attacks triggered by so called 'liberation front' - so there is no possibility to accept breaking ePeru-ePoland deal as a condition from Argentinian side. This proposal is a sign of good will that can benefit both countries - and we hope that reason will prevail over some pride issues coming from certaint people in both countries.
